Original 1970 first pressing...rare British Pop-rock, light psych and freakbeat affected London Underground artifact...
Strangely enough a good part of this album has a certain magic. Definitely worth seeking out for a piquant sad/happy popsych sensibility. A memorable memento and really rather lovely in parts highlighted by the drop dead psych-nugget "Mandy" that should have, if it didn't, make it onto one of those early UK psychedelic compilations...Overall a bit of a mixed bag, this one, late 60 pop with psych edges and a touch of complex instrumentations, among other things. Some good tracks, with "Jacqueline" being another highlight with its cool bass lines and nifty guitar riff, " The Walrus and the Horse" is a nice organ driven, jazz tinged slice of coolness, and sort of lighter early Deep Purple. "Glory" is quite an uplifting anthem. The rest is defiantly interesting and again more rewarding on closer and repeat listening. Overall interesting and definietly rare as a 42 year old British underground "rock" artifact....

CONDITION: The Cover: laminated clean "EX" (excellent) with a bit of previous careful handling, nothing much at all, extremely collectible, there is a very tiny ding at one bottom corner, but minor. No split seams, no writing ... collectible
The Vinyl: highly glossy on both sides, "EX" (excellent), plays TOP level clean...with clean labels
