The Last Adventure LP - THE WALKENHORST BROTHERS (no label, no #)
Original 1977 U.S. stereo LP. WAY COOL private singer-songwriter/folk/folk-rock album by this local Missouri brother duo, who appear to be channeling a darker version of Simon & Garfunkel in several tracks. Vinyl in TIP-TOP condition & the cover, w/ it's dark, moody b&w photo on front, is pretty decent w/ a bit of ring wear, as almost all non-sealed copies have. (This was a very ring wear-prone cover, for whatever reasons...) This one doesn't turn up that often around here, even tho it's from this part of the world. Definitely RECOMMENDED for the Acid Archives crowd.
Disc = EX+ (VERY HIGH GLOSS - only a few lite, thin hairlines; NO scuff marks; pretty much NO pops/clicks to speak of; plays slightly worse than it grades w/ a bit of soft, even background noise throughout - probably inherent in the pressing itself, I suspect; a FINE listen, regardless)
Cover = see pix; some ring/general wear on front & back; small wear in corners; slight wear along front right edge; some wear + small cracking on seams (worse on top); small wear in spine top corner, otherwise spine is A-OK; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; A-OK, w/ NO spindle marks to be found; lite wear around center hole
Buyers, please wait on sending payment until you have received my invoice. Ebay-generated invoices are often inaccurate. Invoice will be forwarded within 24-48 hours after listing closes.
