This auction is for my copy of NOFX's "The Decline" on clear vinyl. It is one of 155 copies and is extremely rare, but you already know that. I purchased it on eBay a long time ago from the original owner. It has been played, but only a few times at best. I've kept it vertical and in a plastic sleeve to prevent wear. I would rate both the insert, cover and vinyl as VG+. The cover has no creases or ring wear and only very slight ware on the corners. It is also in the original shrink wrap still. The vinyl is also in very good shape, there a couple indents in the black label from placing the record onto a record player which you can see in the pictures. There is also a scuff on the bottom right outer edge of the "Clams have feelings too" side, which is also visible in the pictures. It looks to be caused by the fact that a small part of the vinyl hangs out of the white insert cover as seen in the pictures. The insert is one page printed on both sides, I know some black declines have a different sheet that folds out and is all printed on one side. The corners of the insert are very good, the only problem is some creases on the bottom right (where the tank is) they aren't big creases, and you can see them in the pictures.
