Blue Note #BLP-1526 (microgroove, paperless deep groove label, "767 Lexington Ave" address on label)
Using Goldmine standards, disc is play-graded as GOOD. Biggest flaw is a deep scratch on side two which is clearly audible for the last 12 minutes of play. The rest of the disc is a strong VG+, especially side one which is very clean. No skips or warps. Labels are very clean.
Jacket is rated VERY-GOOD. Bottom edge has some chipping and a small seam split. Spine and top edge are strong. Front still glossy with faint ring wear. Back very lightly soiled. Liner notes easily readable. Price written in ink on back in small digits.
