Description

This one is the first mono pressing of EmArcy MG-36037 "STUDY IN BROWN" by CLIFFORD BROWN. One of the best LP by Brown with Max Roach and Harold Rand. This one is an original issue from EmArcy Records, released in 1955, not a reissue version by OJC or Classic Records. High quality original pressing. Blue Labels with Deep Groove on both labels.
Artist Line-up Included: Clifford Brown (trumpet), Richie Powell (piano), Harold Land (tenor saxophone), Max Roach (drums), George Morrow (bass).
The vinyl played NM on both sides. It look shiny and bright under the bright light
The laminated cover has small peel. No split, no crack, but has long line of paint residues on spine and back (see photos). Thus, I rated the cover only VG+.
The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.
My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-.
