+ ORIGINAL COMPLIMENT SLIP FROM INDUSTRIAL RECORDS
+ ORIGINAL INVOICE DATED 30 JAN 1981 TO ORIGINAL SUBSCRIBER

This is the very rare original issue of the cassette only release (later re-issued in vinyl LP format) by the great industrial synth punk band from Sheffield. Complete with the 8-page black & white booklet which was only available with the mail-order copies of the cassette. Also two original inserts from Industrial Records to the original subscriber (name and address are crossed off on ebay images but they do show on the original item).

All VG++ (booklet with just some handling creases, cassette case with some wear from age)
