Very earliest FIRST PRESSING!! **London Tri-centre**

Up for auction is this Super Rare FIRST EDITION pressing of Clyde McPhatter’s FIRST and RAREST EP on the London Plum tri-centre labels. Due to the superb quality of this super rarity, I make no apologies for my start price.

COVER: EX+. The reverse shows a part light ring of pinkish colour. This colour appears to have been transported from the record label from within the cover and somewhat reproduced a ghosting image on the reverse of the cover. Otherwise the cover is beautiful - and RARE!!!

VINYL: Still retains its just pressed glossy sheen and is perfectly flat with no warps, skips or jumps. Graded; a very strong EX++/NM.

LABELS: Superb with just the minimum of spindle trails. Displays a full, rich, original plum colour with bright silver lettering.

MATRIX NUMBERS: SIDE ONE: EPMM 40532 – 1C

SIDE TWO: EPMM 40533 - 1C

STAMPERS: SIDE ONE: 1 UH

SIDE TWO: 1 UH Making this one of the very earliest FIRST PRESSINGS.

AUDIO: As you would expect from vinyl this good.

To sum up. This EP is definitely a MUST HAVE record of the very best quality, and would certainly be a great addition to any existing collection. The sounds are superb and truly classic.
