This is RARE album by Clyde Mcphatter called Love Ballads issued in 1960 on Atlantic label number 8024, this is hard to find album. especially in this condition  PLEASE look at picture!!  Cover is great VG++, (NO) split seams/ cut outs/ writing, ever so light wear.  Vinyl is GORGEOUS Mint- by STRONG VG++, 90% of sellers would say both sides are MINT-. No one will be un-happy with this album!!   Album books for $200.00+ in minty- condition.  OH!
