We grade visually in the office often by consensus & regularly play sections, our gradings are as fair & accurate as possible & as grading is subjective, we won't get into bartering or give partial refunds. However we will take returns in the same packaging for a full refund if you're not happy with the aging or our visual grading misses a major playing flaw. Covers are scanned which should tell the story.
