Description
COLOSSEUM Valentyne Suite LP, Vertigo VO 1, UK 1st pressing from 1969. Complete with an original and correct inner sleeve.
The disc is in a MINT condition. Both playing surfaces are totally unmarked and look just as they were brand new, even in strong daylight. There is not a scuff, mark or scratch in sight. Close examination beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp revealed a small number of harmless wispy paper hairlines which were consistent with inner-sleeve removal. This copy had clearly been barely played but the sound throughout is spectacular. Every track plays cleanly and clearly with no traces of any groove/play wear to any song or in either channel. There are no clicks, pops, jumps, or any other major distractions on either side.
Taking into account the cover, it has only minimal signs of wear. Despite the passage of time, its condition may be evaluated as EXCELLENT.
