COLOSSEUM - VALENTYNE SUITE
VERTIGO LABEL 1969 FIRST UK PRESSING WITH PHILIPS CREDIT, GATEFOLD SLEEVE & SWIRL INNER IN VERY GOOD PLAYING CONDITION.

NOT SUITABLE FOR A FUSSY COLLECTOR
Released in 1969 on the VERTIGO spiral / swirl label, I am offering today this Original first UK pressing of this progressive classic album by COLOSSEUM titled "VALENTYNE SUITE".
The album is a very first pressing with the PHILIPS credit at the bottom of the label not an easy album to find these days. The album comes complete with original poly lined Vertigo inner sleeve, which is reasonably clean but somewhat dog eared with a split at the opening .
The matt gatefold sleeve is showing some edge wear and there is a small sticker removal tear on the front and there is a name written on the inner gate but overall is very respectable.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through nicely. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc. A nice playing examples of this Vertigo classic.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks well played but there are no deep scratches etc & audibly plays through in very good condition. I have just played it through and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc. Overall this is a nice playing example.
The SLEEVE, The gatefold sleeve is in good condition, showing some wear to the edges and there are sticker tear on the front and there is a name written on the inner gate.
The LABELS, The Vertigo spiral swirl labels are very clean, but showing lots of spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc, and there is the Philips credit at the bottom which were only on the initial release
The INNER, The poly lined inner sleeve is reasonably clean and free from unwanted writing but is showing some splits.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
