(Please note I only grade records visually but I have never had any returned records from visually grading so please bid with confidence)

Record-An absolute beauty I am always reluctant to grade near mint but I think I would be under selling if I did not grade it as so. It is clean sharp and has a deep glossy shine and looks as though it has been barely played if at all, there are no signs of spindle marks or label wear, the labels are clean and sharp. In very very strong light there are some faint paper marks, but generally this has to be graded as EX++/ Near Mint

Sleeve-Is for the most part clean and bright, there has been some light restoratative work done sympathetically. Where there has been some tape applied at some point, there are some light areas of discolouration with faint tape stains on the spine and corner areas, some light corner bumping and minimal surface marks, the general appearence is clean and sharp the reverse is clean and bright with a small area of loss to the top edge flip back corner, again some faint old tape stains on the spine area, two small areas have been touched up neatly opening side corners, neat and sympathetic, some old tape residue to the opening edge inner corners, this is old and a mild concern. Some corner bumps and light edge wear. Generally the sleeve is clean and attractive and in collectable condition. Please view photographs as I have taken many to give you a clear idea of the condition. I have graded it at EX-
