This record is in excellent condition. It has a few spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or severe fading anywhere. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean overall, have a lovely gloss but have 2 noticeable lines showing. These are very similar in appearance and occur in similar positions. They are found from the end of the record moving inwards on both sides(see pics). They are both luckily very soft and although they dont look ideal they have no affect on the audio at all. Other than these two lines there are a few more light wispy lines showing under bright light but nothing remotely sinister. Overall the record is very clean but with these two light lines as mentioned.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded superb throughout. It lays flat, there is little to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent throughout as I say. Its very clear with next to no surface noise or interference audible in the audio. There is a minimal amount in the run in and a touch between some songs but on the whole the vast majority is crisp, very clear and of excellent quality. There is no distortion caused by excessive use and of course there are no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and produced audio of high quality which was free of any major problems with neither of the marks mentioned above having any affect at all.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has only slight rubbing/wear to the edges and corners, and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. There are of course no splits and no tears or scuffs anywhere. There is no major issues with creasing and next to no ring marks visible. There is however 2 small pen marks on the rear, right near the bottom edge. There is also age related discolouring or 'age spots' to the rear. These are the sleeves main downfall and are clearly visible. Other than these the sleeve is actually solid all round and has no major problems. However as a result of the discolouring or age spots I have graded low. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent condition. This has no tears, splits or pen marks but slight creasing and ring marks.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
