comes with one insert. which is in good condition!

condition sleeve: has some slight bends/dents all along the top, bottom and sides. otherwise looks good! no seam splits no holes no rips or tears.
condition vinyl: track one on the bill hoover side has one light scuff. it's hard to see but it is there. otherwise the rest of the vinyl is NEAR MINT. all tracks play great. no skips!
