Title: Count Basie

Label: RCA LPM-1112

Vinyl condition: VG+. A few hairline marks, all on side 2. I tried to capture some. I counted 4 marks, nothing major, and doesn't affect play. I mention any imperfections I can. I grade visually and through a system. This particular record performed fine, still has gloss. The marks might cause ticking for a short while, but I didn't notice many.

Cover condition: VG+. This is what everyone wants to know about with this record, I'm sure. Yes, it is the original Andy Warhol cover. When I got the record there was a 2" seam split on the top left corner...but I patch up most seam splits on my records. I did with this one, you can see in the picture. You use that method, you have another 30 years of use out of em! There is a slight 3/4 " split on the bottom right (by the "Printed in U.S.A.), but since it is still sturdy I didn't mess with it. I also captured that imperfection. Other than those two issues, the cover is amazing. Heavy weight, still has gloss, and shows its proper age. You won't be disappointed with the cover's condition. Spine is still very strong, and it has lots of life yet.
