Sleeve does have some rips, tears and stains. See photos.
The vinyl sleeve is torn along the top.
There is writing on the inside cover, see photos.
The book itself still have good color, but is starting to come away at the seam.
The vinyl is tested and working.
The condition of the vinyl is fair as there are some marks on the surface, on both sides, please see photos.
