THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP AND EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND!!!! BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN MEGA RARE MONO!!!! NEARLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP WAS PRESSED IN STEREO - AND FINDING A MONO 1ST PRESSING IS EXTREMELY RARE INDEED!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!! THIS IS THE 1968 UK 1ST MONO PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS FONTANA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS FLIPBACK LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY RARE IN MONO - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Fontana MONO 1st pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is TFL 6087 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Fontana label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Country Joe & The Fish at their best!!!! Any fan of Country Joe & The Fish, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a VERY few light hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, only a VERY few low level clicks in a VERY few places, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion!!!! The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Laminated MONO Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear, only a few VERY small edge creases (NO long creaselines - cover is VERY flat looking), VERY shiny laminate and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and only VERY slight yellowing!!!! The cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN MONO AND IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
