This is the first pressing with laminated cover, the second pressing has still has glossy gatefold but it is not laminated and its colors are shallow.
From the very beginning, you will hear mellotron, lyrical piano, stormy flute, elaborate arrangements, complex rhythm changes. Maybe within 20 seconds, you will be convinced that this is a masterpiece. It reminds me of the finest part of Delirium, Maxophone, Quella Vecchia Locanda, the first Reale Accademia di Musica and so on. Yes, they are all Italian bands and I think they have something in common, possibly Latin passion.
Describing this as "hard prog", "psych prog" is, I believe, a hype to sell at higher price or to sell faster. I don't feel any hardness, heaviness, psychedelic-ness. But, this is the cream of the crop in its own field! I don't want to sell the finest piece of symphonic prog to a wrong listener. If you felt "this is not for me", you are right, don't bid on this, bid on Nu, Ibio, Mezquita or Storm! And you, symphonic freaks, you are warmly welcomed. Condition The record is in EX, several clicks in A1, otherwse M-, a very clean copy.
* Played all through to check the real condition. Not visual grading.
* Vinyl comes in plastic protective inner sleeve while original one retained.
The cover is in VG+, the bottom left corner strongly bumped, and it caused creases around the corner and a small tear on the bottom seam. otherwise M- with no other damages to be mentioned, lamination is still very glossy and inside is very white.
* Again, comes in new plastic bag.
