Description

Landmark release on Crass Records (621984) from CRASS titled THE FEEDING OF THE 5000 (THE SECOND SITTING).  It is a 45 RPM twelve inch that is sometimes described as an EP or LP originally released in 1979 with a number of later reissues and presses.  The jacket folds out into a poster measuring about 24 1/2 x 34 5/8 inches.  Record is in the original poly lined inner sleeve.

The press is probably 1990.  Most of the Crass Record represses have some identifying factors.  This one has a blank front right border, has Made In France printed on the lower right back cover (however, it is probably a UK press), pressing is in heavy vinyl and matrix numbers are as follows: Stamped : 621984 A-5-1-1 / B-5-1-1 : Etched : From Weeny Acorns / The Mighty A.N.O.K. Doth Grow. 

Other than a small price sticker on the back and some very light storage edge wear, this is a top shelf example.  Add the heavy vinyl pressing and if you are looking for a copy of the record that defines anarcho-punk, this would be an excellent choice.
