CREAM DISRAELI GEARS.

ORIGINAL VERY EARLY PRESSING OF CREAM'S SECOND ALBUM "DISRAELI GEARS" in MONO ON REACTION VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH LAMINATED FRONT SLEEVE.

FIRST RELEASED IN NOVEMBER 1967, AN AMAZING PROGRESSIVE / PSHYCHADELIC ALBUM THAT ROCKED THE POP WORLD AND LAUNCHED CREAM INTO THE REALMS OF SUPER-GROUP STARDOM.

MATRIX NUMBERS ARE, Side 1: 593003 A > 1 followed by 1 1 18. Side 2:  593003 B^2  420 followed by 1 2 8.

As if you don't already know, the tracks are:

Side 1 : Strange Brew; Sunshine Of Your Love; World Of Pain; Dance The Night Away; Blue Condition.

Side 2 : Tales Of Brave Ulysses; SWLABR; we're Going Wrong; Outside Woman Blues; Take It Back; Mother's Lament.

The record has been played and it plays very well. There is some very light surface background noise detected, this is mainly restricted the the lead ins where needle has dropped at the start of each side, (as is quite common on older records that have been played), and to some of the quieter sections. Overall plays extremely well.

An Absolutely Fabulous Album by Cream, with the Legendary Line up of Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker and Eric Clapton who together recently enjoyed the anniversary reforming. Recorded and Released in 1967 this album stormed the Charts, and must be one of the greatest Progressive Rock Albums of all time. Every single track a masterpiece in its own right, (possibly with the exception of the dreadful Mothers Lament) from the huge opening impact of "Strange Brew" right through to "Take It Back". Undoubtedly a Masterpiece of British Progressive/Psych/Blues/ Rock

This Record is in very good condition, it is a UK Mono very early pressing released on the blue Reaction label. The centre labels are clean, evidence of light spidery spindle markings, as is normal, minimum signs of any wear, Labels are totally free from dirty marks, no writing, no stickers, no centre spindle wear, No unwanted stickers, scratches, marks left by stickers etc. Both sides are in excellent order. Side 1 Credits are to Dratleaf and Immediate, Side 2 to Dratleaf and Apple.

The Vinyl is in excellent condition and is reasonably thick 60's fairly heavy grade vinyl, not the usual flimsy rubbish about in the 70's, Both sides are very clean, there are some very light surface marks visible under bright light, the surfaces of the record are very good, with a deep black Vinyl sheen.

The sleeve is in excellent condition. The Front of Sleeve is Fully Laminated. Black and White Track Listings lettering to either side of the Eye. White lettering to " reaction" at bottom left of rear cover. Manufactured in Great Britain for Polydor text in tiny lettering along base of rear cover. There are No nasty creases, tears, unwanted stickers, marks from stickers, grubby marks or rips on the sleeve, nice firm opening edges to sleeve. There is a name written in ink on rear top right, this is virtually un noticable as it blendes in with the design and camourlarges into the design, Some light creasing to lamination on front from opening sleeve. Both top and bottom outer edges are sharp and intact and in good order. The spine is rigid and crease free, howver, some wear to the spine from rear side as non laminated, fortunately most of text is intact. Light corner wear through storage to opening edges. No lifting of laminate surfacing.

The Sleeve design must be one of the most famous, typifying the mid 60's Psychedelic Era in one Hit, a true artistic masterpiece, Pop History at its finest.

Record comes complete with original paper inner sleeve in good condition.
