Description

The band Cream was a British rock supergroup, as it featured Eric Clapton on guitar and vocals, Jack Bruce on bass and vocals, and Ginger Baker on drums. Each band member had been in many other bands, and were all well known. Cream only released four studio albums, and broke up by 1968. But in 1967, Cream came out with an album that is considered one of rock and roll's greatest works of art...an album titled 'Disraeli Gears'!


'Disraeli Gears' was produced by Felix Pappalardi, bass player for the band Mountain. Pappalardi passed away forty years ago, in 1983. Ginger Baker died in 2019, and Jack Bruce in 2014, leaving Clapton as the sole survivor. (RIP to all three of you. You each had amazing and immense talent, and will not be soon forgotten!)


Up for your consideration today is a copy of that blues and psychedelic classic, and on a picture disc LP! The colors just pop out at you, and the artwork is straight from the album's cover, front and back. And the best part? This collectible is STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! You can see the seal in the pics. From the Back to Black series, and released in 2010. This milestone turned FIFTY FIVE years old last year, and is filled with classic rock hits, such as: "Strange Brew", "Sunshine of Your Love", and "Tales of Brave Ulysses"!


Grab this vintage rock (modern) picture disc while you can. Don't wait to long, though, as it's sure to be bought soon. These go for around $75 to $100, on average, so at this price, it's almost guaranteed to be grabbed by somebody! And in mint condition! When you get it, you can spin it, as today's picture discs sound great. For fans of Cream and Eric Clapton, or collectors of classic rock picture discs.
