1st press : 500 black vinyl

   The first few sleeves made accidently had the layout ruler 

   left in under the photo on the back of sleeve.

2nd press : 500-800 clear vinyl

   Pre-Bold name switch.  A few of the latter copies contain 

   "Bold" stamp reflecting name change.  The ruler sleeve

   has been found in this press as well, probably because 

   they ran out of the good sleeve.

3rd press : black vinyl

   Another press was slipped in there without the bands

   knowledge.  A number of the ruler sleeves were used in this

   press which accounts for why they show up so often.

Bootleg  : 800 black vinyl

   German bootleg numbered.
