ANY BIDDER WITH A ZERO FEEDBACK SCORE WILL BE TREATED AS A FAKE BIDDER IF THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME BEFOREHAND.
THE ITEM WILL BE OFFERED TO THE UNDERBIDDER IMMEDIATELY, AT THE PRICE IT WOULD HAVE SOLD FOR IF FAKE BIDDERS HADN'T BID.
THERE IS A TOTALLY IDIOTIC LOSER OPENING HUNDREDS OF FAKE EBAY ACCOUNTS WITH DIFFERENT USER ID'S & BIDDING ON PEOPLES AUCTIONS.
THEY THEN MAKE NO CONTACT & DONT PAY.
