This is the special edition of "All The Pretty Little Horses" by Current 93, released in an edition of 67 copies with hand-drawn covers, and hand-written inscriptions on the reverse, all by David Tibet.

Here is Mr. Tibet's description
"Whilst going through my archives recently I found 70 copies of the very limited amber vinyl edition of this record, but without the sleeves. Consequently I have made a numbered edition of 70 copies of this album available with a profiled cat drawing by myself, and the album title and track titles written in my handwriting, all in white ink on a black LP sleeve."

Mine is numbered 37/67, so I imagine the final edition was 67, instead of 70.
