CURTIS AMY – KATANGA – PACIFIC JAZZ PJ 70 – VG+/M- - DUPREE BOLTON – MONO
This Pacific Jazz session was recorded on February 3, 1963, featuring Curtis Amy on tenor and soprano sax, Dupree Bolton on trumpet, Jack Wilson on piano, Ray Crawford on guitar, Victor Gaskin on bass and Doug Sides on drums. SIDE 1: KATANGA; LONELY WOMAN and NATIVE LAND. SIDE 2: AMYABLE; YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT LOVE IS and A SHADE OF BROWN. The LP comes in its original glassine sleeve. This is a MONO recording.
I have rated the LP as VG+ and the record jacket as M- for the following reasons. The vinyl on Side 2 has a couple of light marks on the surface, which do not interfere with play. Side 1 looks clean. There is very little sign of wear in and around the spindle hole. The record jacket is in excellent condition, with no real signs of wear.
