This listing is for a beautiful, first pressing of the great 1958 jazz LP “Exploring the Future” by The Curtis Counce Quintet.
Counce is one of my favorite jazz artists and this LP has some special songs on it.
Original Deep Groove Dooto LP.
The LP is a solid VG++ with a minimal number of superficial scuffs/marks. Very nice and clean.
The LP jacket is beautiful – VG+. There are some minor corner bumps, a small amount of age wear, and some edge wear. There is also a 5" seem split along the top edge - closest to the opening. The rest of the edges are solid. The seem split is shown in photo #10. Without the seem split I would have graded the jacket VG++.
This is the nicest example of this 1958 album I have ever come across. A real beauty collectors! Shipped Priority Mail. Thank you.

In addition, due to the value of this LP, I will place record in a new, white cardboard sleeve. I tape all sides of mailers, not just a strip down the middle.
