DESCRIPTION
Curtis Fuller Sextet - “Sliding Easy” United Artists Records UAS 5041 (Stereo) from 1959. Great Hard Bop Jazz Album from Curtis Fuller! Along with Fuller the band features Lee Morgan, Hank Mobley, Tommy Flanagan, Paul Chambers and Elvin Jones with Arrangments by Benny Golson and Gigi Gryce! This is a hard to find Original Stereo pressing on the Deep Groove, Light Blue Label. In the Laminated Cover with a nice Nude photo shot.
CONDITION
The Laminated Sleeve shows some slight basic ring and edge shelf wear. There is some corner softening and a small crease in the lower left corner. There is an ink stamp reading “NR” on the back. Very solid with no writing, splits, stains, tears, etc. and I would rate it as a VG+. The Vinyl itself is in Glossy condition. There are a few light sleeve scuffs and a couple of hairlines but nothing at all serious. Still very nice and should rate VG+. There is a grease pencil notation of some sort on one label - it could probably be removed. Otherwise, the labels are Near Mint.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less! If you are not satisfied that a purchase meets my description, I will do what I can to make it right if you give me the chance and work with me! Please feel free to check my feedback.
