Description
CURTIS JONES - 1968 BLUE HORIZON LP - NOW RESIDENT IN EUROPE - 7-63207 Minor creasing of the laminated front and a little wear on the spine, edges and corners. Writing on the reverse stating "15/11 Faulty Track 1" and initials. NOTE: The fault referred to is a groove line around the circumference, see image. The stylus continues to track normally but there is a very short lessening of audio quality in the form of surface noise. This is the only time any surface noise can be heard. The rest of the album is clear of any surface noise, clicks or crackles and is quiet between tracks. The sound is crisp and clear with excellent depth of tone. Grading would have been EX aside from the short issue at the beginning of track 1. All tracks have been checked and played in full and at suitably loud volume using a Citronic Pro PD-1s MK2 direct drive turntable, QSC GX3 power amp and Sonus Faber speakers.
