The record comes in the original box which contains 2 10-inch 33 1/3LP Hi-Fi Records, 1 Illustrated Manual, and 1 Game Pad

The back of the box has a bio about Milton Cross who narrated and Ernest LaPrade wrote 

This is a cultural inspiration for a generation of children. It's a game, too! A game-type quiz is incorporated in this to stimulate a child's desirre to learn and to test his comprehension.

Book - "The book that comes with this set has both illustrations and descriptive material about the instruments heard in "Instruments of the Orchestra." 

Game - On Side 4, Milton Cross introduces 20 of the instruments in mixed order. On the game pad included, the child puts a number next to the name and picture of the instrument playing the selection. Besides being fun, this game-quiz stimulates the desire to learn while testing comprehension.

Condition: 

  • Box: VGVG (Some wear along edges and corners. Small brown stain on front on title. Some surface wear along edges on front and back with some discoloring and rippling)    
  • Record: VG+VG+ VG+VG+ (Both sides of the two records have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
  • Labels: VG++VG++ VG+VG+  (Side 3 & 4 has a couple of scribbling marks which can be seen under a light)
  • Illustrated Manuel: VG+ (Bit of discoloring, otherwise in mint condition)
  • Game Pad: VG++
