You are bidding on an LP.  Can – Tago Mago, near mint condition cover and near mint vinyl (see notes below).  The item will be well packaged in a record mailer with 2 stiffeners (the vinyl removed and placed in a white paper sleeve to prevent seam splits) and sent immediately upon payment.  First Class postage in the UK, 'Standard International' to other destinations (see below).  I have tried to be as honest as I can about its condition but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Please read all the descriptions and P&P charges before bidding.

See my other items for sale and save money on combined postage.  I will be listing some great vinyl (some rare) by Can, Kraftwerk, Stereolab, ESG, Royksopp, Scientist, Plastikman, Fischerspooner, Tompaulin and The Associates.

This is the original 1st press of Can 'Tago Mago' on the Spoon label.  The album comes in a gatefold cover.  The cover is still in near mint condition with some light scuffing (see photos).  The vinyl has 1st press matrix numbers (see below).  The labels are in excellent condition with minimal signs of spindle marks.  The vinyl looks near mint, really bright and clean with virtually no marks except a couple of light marks.  Playback is superb with virtually no surface noise.  This is really nice, well looked after vinyl hard to find in such superb condition.

Album notes:
Rare original first press release on Spoon records
Pressed on 2 x vinyl for better sound reproduction
Gatefold cover
Labels with minimal spindle marks (barely played)
The cover and vinyl looks near mint and sounds superb, a brilliant copy hard to find in this barely played condition (see photos)

Album Cover notes:
Front and back covers are still in near mint condition, light scuffing
No writing on cover or labels
No scuffing on edges of cover
No scuffing to spine

Vinyl grading:
Side 1: NM (unmarked)
Side 2: NM (one small light mark)
Side 3: NM (one very light sleeve removal mark)

Side 2: R/S Alsdorf SPOON 6-B2

Vinyl notes:
All sides have been played on a Rega RP1 turntable with an Ortofon OM5E cartridge (tracking weight: 1.5g - 2.0g) and listened to on a pair of high end Sennheiser headphones.

All sides:
Virtually no surface noise, excellent playback

In general the vinyl is in near mint condition.  It looks very clean, bright and virtually unmarked.  Virtually no surface noise.  Excellent playback.

I tend to be over critical of a records condition as it is not my intention to misrepresent what I am selling.  I want the buyer to feel what they have bought is as described although not everyones opinion of its condition will be the same as mine.

If you have any doubts or questions about this record, please ask me and I will try to be as helpful as I can.
