Description
Original UK Liberty blue label mono 1st press LP, with the earliest A-2 B-1 matrices and matching 1-1-21 stampers!
The front laminated gatefold sleeve is intact and in EX condition with some light corner/edge wear and light laminate rubbing & creasing on the front cover and some light storage rubbing on the unlaminated rear cover. The plain inner is intact & in VG+ condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two light scuffs/light rash visible on each side. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two faint spindle markings on each side. The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and in a couple of the quieter passages on side 2, overall a great, loud & punchy listen. The matrix nos. are; LBL-83103, A-2-420 stamper 1-1-21, B-2-420 stamper 1-1-21. This is one of the early copies of the 1st UK pressing of the original 1968 UK mono issue of this album!!
