Label is "47 West 63rd NYC" and deep groove on both sides. No "R" and no "Inc".  "RVG " "9M" and "The Ear" aka "P" in the runout both sides.    "47 West 63rd Street, New York 23, N.Y." address on cover.       

 Record plays Side1 VG++ near M-/Side 2 M-.  A superb copy of a classic record.  Record plays very quietly and beautifully.   Record looks VG++.  A few light scuffs on each side. No scratches. Vinyl looks shiny and grooves do not look worn. 

Cover is VG+.

 Front cover is glossy and bright and shows moderate wear in strong light. Denting at top at the pocket.  Bottom is heavily worn app 1/4 inch at the pocket. No seam splits. Tiny heavy wear spots at the corners and on the seams. Spine is bright and readable. Back cover has moderate wear and denting top at the pocket.
