Record Grading Scale (VISUAL ONLY - NOT PLAY GRADED)

Mint - Virtually Brand New minus the plastic
Near Mint - As close to mint as possible without being mint (maybe a super small hairline or two)
VG++ - Very good condition that looks very clean but might have a few superficial marks
VG+ - Overall nice condition with some feel able and non feel able marks
VG - Feel able marks, superficial marks and other noted issues
Good - Playable with lots of noise, feel able marks, superficial marks
Poor - Technically playable with lots of everything, worst condition possible without being thrown out. ___________________________________________________________________________________

Record: VG++ (Good amount of superficial marks and swirls, not perfect but mostly superficial marks, I didnt see any major feelable marks at all and a pretty nice shine to it for its age, so could play with some bg noise/pops/etc I would imagine, but should be a very nice listen overall, since there arent any major feelable marks I would assume there will be no major ticking or anything like that)
Jacket: VG++ (Few marks, slight ringwear, minor tear on back, still has a decent shine on front, some writing on back, weak vg++ as it looks nice as a whole (see photos)

NOTES: US MONO PRESS, 47W 63rd St address on side 1, NEW YORK USA address on side 2, "RVG" on both sides, 9M on side 2 only, no Ear on either side, New York 23 address on back bottom of main cover, Ultrasonic Cleaned, RARE!!!!!
