Proprius PROP 7762 - 1st press foldout
Record: EX
Sleeve: VG+

Record probably never played. Has a few, very small sleeve whisps that are barely seen even if seaching in strong light. Many would call this NM or even M. I use NM only if there are no marks at all.
Cover has a hint of ring wear and a few creases at the opening.

This is a legendary choral audiophile recording with the Oscar Motett choir, solo soprano Marianne Mellnäs and organist Alf Linder directed by Torsten Nilsson.
This issue, which I believe is the very first, is a foldout with four sides of info inside in Swedish. Included is also a four page insert with information in English.

I grade my records visually in strong light and listen if uncertain. I am very keen on everybody being happy about the deal so I am very strict in grading.
