Description

Full-length self-titled LP from Gilgamesh released by Caroline Records (CA 2007) in 1975. Original U.K. pressing. 4-piece Canterbury progressive rock/fusion band led by keyboardist Alan Gowen who also appeared with National Health from the same beloved music scene. Their sound might be described as the quieter little brother of Hatfield & The North. Northettes vocalist Amanda Parsons lends her angelic voice to some fine tunes and Dave Stewart co-produced the album with the band. Essential listening for Canterbury fans!

Labels are in NEAR MINT condition. Vinyl record is in NEAR MINT condition with new-like luster and free of visual blemishes. Plays with some slight extraneous surface noises...sounds great! Cover is in MINT- condition with a lightly dinged lower left corner and slight surface wear. The vinyl record comes in the proper black Virgin Records inner sleeve also in new condition. Winner pays $4.75 media mail in the U.S. Priority mail and insurance are available at buyers expense.
