- Sleeve: VG-VG- (Tears on all sides with creases)
- Record: VG+VG (Side 11462 has faint surface noise, Side 11464 has surface noise, can still hear clearly on both sides)
- Labels: VGVG (There are the letters RP written in red ink on both sides, otherwise VG++VG++)
