Description

Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band's highly acclaimed Trout Mask Replica 2LPs, with excellent vinyl and cover, and of mid '70s vintage. It plays great with maybe a tiny bit of noise on the outer grooves, and has barely visible ring wear on cover.  Produced by none other than Frank Zappa, it is the epitome of the term "acquired taste."  I owned it for at least 3 decades before finally establishing a small foothold of appreciation for its intricate rhythms, which, as the Captain himself said, " . . bug most people."  Not likely that I will ever digest its entirety, so therefore am selling. Nevertheless, am still hanging onto a cassette copy because I enjoy the Howlin Wolf vocals and several songs always make me smile.
