THIS WAS CARAVAN'S SECOND LP (AND ONE OF THE RAREST UK PSYCH/PROG CROSSOVER LPs EVER RELEASED!) JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! BACK IN 1970 WHEN THIS LP WAS RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS !!!!JUST LISTEN TO THE WHOLE LP AND YOU'LL KNOW THIS IS AMONG THE GREATEST SONGCRAFT EVER PRODUCED, AN ALBUM YOU'LL KEEP WANTING TO COME BACK TO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vinyl: EX. There are a couple of light wispy hairlines hard to see in the normal daylight, but these do not cause any trouble. The audio is stunning!!! An absolute joy. Only at odd times very light static but I am confident this will subside on subsequent spins. This is a beautiful press with the raised rim around the label indicating the first heavy press quality glossy vinyl.
Sleeve: EX. Beautiful front laminated sleeve by Robert Stace. A couple of light mini underlaminate edge creases and one small top left corner crease. The spine is 100% and fully legible. Very light onset of ringwear to the back.
Labels: EX. Light spindle wear.
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day.
Labels are EX with minor spindling. NO writing NO marks.
Once again this is not one for the perfectionist and not of audiophile grade. If that's what you're after you should not bid.This is, however, an ultra rare mono album which is on many a want list and as such is an investor's object.
