Description
Seriously, is there really anything left to say about this one? THE goregrind album. "Reek" may have been the first blast, but "Symphonies" made the sound memorable. I always felt that if The Crypt Keeper and the other EC Comics horror characters formed a band, They would sound like this album. Yeah, its bludgeoning, But more importantly, its SINISTER. No band before or since has quite been able to duplicate the putrid magic Carcass was able to conjure on this record. And a nice copy, too (Its previous owner was Max Ward of SPAZZ). Sick gatefold cover opens up with all the forensic photos youll ever need to see (and then some). 1 1/2 in. seam split at top of gatefold, Otherwise clean and sharp. Black vinyl plays like a dream (or nightmare, considering its horrific contents). Some copies of this came with a black insert with lyrics reprinted, This isn't one of 'em. Great record, A real piece of extreme music history that still holds up. No reserve--bid hard!!!!
