This is a nice original of Carl's only Columbia ep B12341 with: Whole lotta shakin going on/Tutti-frutti/I gotta woman/That's all right.  The cover is vg++ with just a hint of wear on the front and a tiny ding in the upper and lower right corners. Seams are solid with no splits. The record is vg++ plays m- labels are nice.
