Carol Jones - The Boy With The Eyes Of Blue. Triumph RGM 1012
Probably the rarest of the 15 singles released on Joe Meeks’ independent label in 1960.
Joe had sold off the label by the time this record was released, but it is speculated that he may have still had a hand in this one, but enough of the history lesson.
This copy is in good condition by my rather strict standards, meaning there are light surface marks, which would not be uncommon in a single from the sixties that hasn’t spent its life in an attic.
It’s been played, but not abused too much, not Mint condition, but I doubt you’ll find one here that I’m not bidding on.
Comes in an original Triumph sleeve, for a long time this record was part of my own Triumph collection, which now contains a slightly better one.
Postage will be by Special Delivery, with insurance, hence the higher postage rate, but it’s cheaper than trying to replace it.
