Estimated Value questions: Why do you estimate the value of records? One of our expertises is estimating or appraising values for record collections and collectable music items for estates, property damage and auctions including Ebay for our customers. How does someone know what to bid on something if there is no background on the item or they have no expert to fomulate what is the Fair Retail Market Value to pay for something? Forever Vinyl offers that information in their ads placed on Ebay. It gives the bidder a guiding point of what they MIGHT pay in the retail market for an item if they purchased it outside of Ebay. By offering this information, we hope to show what the final price might be close to and allow the bidder to plan accordingly. We also accept items for consignment on Ebay. Feel free to contact us if you'd wish us to sell your collection or collectible..

Forever Vinyl accepts many items on consignment. If we have a reserve bid, it's to protect the investment our customers have entrusted to us. Please bid what it's worth to you.

Ebay highly recommends that you bid the most you would pay for an item upfront (Proxy Bidding) and let the automatic proxy bid feature of Ebay protect your bid by raising the your bid if you get overbid by someone else. It's easy to forget when an auction will end. Don't miss an opportunity to win desired item you've been searching years for.

If you win your bid, we expect you to purchase it and we expect to receive payment within 7 days.

We also recommend using Snipe programs to bid for you. Rather then miss an auction, you can make your final bid with snipe programs(do a search on any search engine for the word "snipe" and "ebay" and sign up). By using a snipe program, you can make a bid remotely and possibly get one last chance at the item before an auction ends. Remember, you should only use snipe programs if you are not going to be available to watch your bid. Since most snipe programs will only allow one bid, it's best if you can be available to move your bid if need be.

Shipping and handling and/or insurance is extra. Postage in the USA is $6.00 for the first item. Overseas is $22.00. We only ship Airmail with insurance. Yes, Small packet is slightly cheaper, but you can't insure it and I'm not willing to get a negative rating because an item was damaged or lost in transit. Payment to be made in cash, check, money order, Money Order via bidpay.com or paypal.com. Best wishes from the staff of Forever Vinyl. We honor what we sell! Our rating speaks for itself.
