Inner Sleeve has 2 cuts, i have another copy here and it has this too, maybe it comes from fabric ?

i am a collector for now 25 years and this is in very very good shape. i know sellers who will grade this easily as mint/mint but i don´t cause of the signs on the wax which are very hard to mention here. the 2 cuts on the inner looked professionell cutted but that i don´t know. please look at the pictures for that.
