Centipede - Septober Energy - Composed by Keith and Julie Tippett.

RCA NEON NE9 Stereo Double Album bought by me shortly after release in 1971. Played only on a quality Thorens turntable. Good condition with no audible scratches and clean sound. The cover is a bit stained because it was printed on matt white, so picked up finger marks.

This may well be a first pressing, although I am no expert on the numbering. The numbers on the discs are:
Side 1 - AGBS 0604-2E  A1AA
Side 2 - AGBS 0605-2E A1M
Side 3 - AGBS 0606-2E A1B
Side 4 - AGBS 0607-4E A1M

This album features a gathering of the best of British Jazz in the early '70s, led by Keith and Julie Tippett. Includes Mark Charig, Elton Dean (Soft Machine), Dudu Pukwana, Ian Carr, Alan Skidmore Karl Jenkins etc. This is a great opportunity to hear this album as it was intended, uncompressed for CD or MP3.
