Description
Released by Charisma in 1974, cat # CB 224; this is a doubled “A”-sided demo of “I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe)” by Genesis.
This is a seriously rare Genesis demo with the same track on each side. The release date of the 25 January 1974 is on each label just above the catalogue number. Each side carries the same matrix numbers in the dead wax, together with the inscription “Porky Knows What He Likes – Trishy”.
Both labels are clean with a couple long spindle marks on one label and no spindle mark on the other label. There is a very feint surface mark near the leading edge of one side. The record is otherwise unmarked. The record grades as excellent and comes in a plain white sleeve.
All of these singles come from the same special source – an original 60’s Top Rank DJ who started in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production in the 1970’s. If you refuse insurance and the record is damage or goes missing in the post, I’m afraid we cannot be held responsible and will not entertain any claims. UK record delivery is an extra 70p and special delivery is £4.75. Overseas insurance will be either £3.50 or £5.50 dependent upon the value.
Payment by PayPal is preferred for all customers; though I will accept cheques or postal orders for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay by Paypal unless agreed otherwise prior to auction end.
