Description
Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of Charles Mingus ‘Presents’ on Candid Records CJM 8005. Other musicians include Eric Dolphy, Ted Curson, and Dannie Richmond.
Record info:
Strong VG+ vinyl with a few light scuffs and minor surface noise. The 1st track on side 1 has a small pimple bump on the vinyl that causes a tick sound for around 4-5 revolutions but isn't a major distraction and plays great.
Cover info:
Strong VG+ with general wear, some minor seam wear but no splitting. It has some minor corner wear.
Label / Pressing info:
Deep groove mono.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
