Original 1966 mono promotional pressing of Charles Mingus – Right Now! (Live at the Jazz Workshop) on Fantasy Records (6017 / F-2615 promo copy, "NOT FOR SALE" on label). This rare live recording captures Mingus and his quintet in full force at San Francisco's Jazz Workshop—featuring intense, emotional performances with John Handy (alto sax), Clifford Jordan (tenor sax), Jane Getz (piano), and Dannie Richmond (drums). Standout tracks include "Meditation" (new version), "New Fables," and Mingus classics delivered with raw power and improvisation.
