Description

Town Hall Concert featuring Charles Mingus, Eric Dolphy, Clifford Jordan, John Byard, Dannie Richmond and Johnny Coles. This is music they played on their 1964 European tour. It is on the EXTREMELY RARE Charles Mingus label which is virtually unobtainable. Just a few copies were issued on this ORIGINAL LABEL and then it was discontinued. This is an EXTREMELY RARE record from the Leon Levitt private collection that I was privileged to access in the 1980s. The record is in unplayed NEAR MINT CONDITION. The album cover and labels are also NM. This is from my private collection. This is the only copy I have ever seen on this original label, and I have been collecting for over forty years.
