Description
Up for sale is a VERY RARE & Hard To Find & Out OF Print album by the Legendary Charlie Daniels Band from 1989 called Simple Man!! This album has been out of print for several decades and has never been re-issued on vinyl. It sounds very nice.
I will downgrade the condition of the Lp vinyl itself to a Very Solid VG+/VG++. There are very, very light surface scratches which you can not feel with your finger running across both sides but the Lp looks very nice.
The Cover I will grade again at a Very Solid VG+/VG++ because it has some wear on the corners, but that's common for an album that is over 30 years old. The good news is that the shrink wrap and promo sticker are still covering the Lp cover pretty much all over, minus the slit down the side to remove the Lp for listening obviously. There are no serious rips, tears or hole punches anywhere on the cover front or back. The personalized insert on all sides has some slit openings, on the bottom and one side they are about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long. The good news is they have not ripped to the point of making the insert obsolete.
