Charlie PARKER Complete 7-Volume Set on FRENCH Savoy 7" 45 rpm EP's Very RARE

On offer by auction is a very rare COMPLETE set of the seven (7) 45rpm EPs of 'The Complete Recordings of Charlie Parker: Volumes 1-7'  on French Savoy 460 SV 396-402. These European issued EPs were released in small quantities in the mid to late 1950s, and were distributed by the French label 'Ducretet Thomson'. In addition to the title and volume designation on each cover front, they also state "Les fameux inedits de Parker" which means (approximately) 'the famous unreleased sides of Parker'. Overall the jackets are very nice with general wear and light creasing with very artistic front covers. One cover (volume two) has a small area of paper loss in the upper right area and what looks like glue residue towards the bottom, which I have not tried to clean off. One other cover (volume 5) has a small tear on the front, but there is no loss of material. A few covers have some writing on the back or stickers. All the records themseleves are in glossy unscratched near mint (NM) condition with clean labels, except for one record (volume 3) that has record store stickers attached to the label (very common practice in France). All but one of the records come with their original glassine inner sleeve.

In addition, I have available large scans of the front AND back of every record and cover, if anyone is interested in the condition of a specific record. These records come up for auction/sale occasionally (currently a few of them are on the GEMM web site for over $100.00 each), but this is the first time I have every seen a complete set up for auction!
